📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients via Slack and email • Own each account’s work from brief to delivery • Plan work for one-time setups and retainer clients • Allocate daily tasks across copywriters, designers and implementers • Review flows, campaigns, pop-ups and reports before client delivery • Manage priorities, deadlines and handoffs in ClickUp and Notion • Track account results in Klaviyo, Omnisend and Hiro Analytics • Turn performance data into next steps and clear client updates • Use Claude and ChatGPT for drafting, summaries and planning • Support team growth as the client base expands • Deliver client work on time and to agreed standards • Take over day-to-day client work from the founder and independently manage planning and review

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years at another agency, with experience as the person clients talk to • Strong client communication skills, especially in writing over Slack and email • Understanding of lifecycle journeys for e-commerce brands across email and SMS • Familiarity with Klaviyo and Omnisend • Comfortable working in Slack, ClickUp, Notion, Claude and ChatGPT • Experience with Hiro Analytics helps • Knowledge of peptide or supplement brands is a plus, not a requirement • Ownership mindset • Energetic and highly motivated • Strong attention to detail • Creative problem-solving ability • Ability to work under pressure • Proactive communication • Team player
