📋 Description

• Develop and enhance AI agents and orchestration capabilities using Python, LangGraph and LangChain • Build and extend AI-enabled guided workflows within the platform • Contribute to conversational AI and chat-based experiences • Implement agent planning, orchestration, tool invocation and response-synthesis capabilities • Integrate AI agents with enterprise backend systems and services • Support integration patterns using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication • Work with AI observability and telemetry capabilities, including Arize • Collaborate with engineers and subject-matter experts to accelerate platform development and business use case delivery • Troubleshoot technical issues, improve solution reliability and continuously enhance AI capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on Python programming and application development experience • Practical experience with LangGraph, including agent workflows, stateful orchestration and AI-driven execution flows • Experience developing LLM-powered applications with LangChain, including integrating tools and external services • Solid understanding of agentic AI, including AI agents, planning, orchestration and tool-calling patterns • Experience integrating applications with backend services and enterprise systems through APIs • Familiarity with Arize or comparable AI observability and telemetry platforms • Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication is nice to have • Experience building conversational AI or chat-based experiences in production is nice to have • Experience working on a shared, centralized AI platform serving multiple business use cases is nice to have
