📋 Description

• Train math educators on the Modern Classrooms Project instructional approach, both on-site and virtually • Mentor and support approximately 100 educators in an assigned portfolio • Use curriculum solutions with HQIM-aligned resources to support implementation of the instructional model • Conduct regular educator outreach • Hold regular coaching calls • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, events, and professional learning opportunities in person and virtually • Respond to educator inquiries • Conduct information sessions in person or virtually • Visit Modern Classrooms to observe practice, provide feedback, and steward relationships • Complete administrative tasks and assigned special projects • Report to the Director of Educator Support • Support increased teaching quality and more responsive, personalized student learning

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience training educators in professional learning • Experience supporting educators with concrete suggestions and specific, effective feedback about instruction • Track record of strong communication across public speaking, presentations, writing, and one-on-one interactions with educators • Excellent relationship-building, listening, problem-solving, and follow-through skills • Exceptional organization and ability to manage a high volume of tasks, meet deadlines, and fulfill work obligations • Goals-oriented with initiative and independence • Data-driven decision-making and ability to pivot based on new data • Adaptability to a startup environment, including remote and independent work • Experience with productivity tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace • Willingness to work remotely from the USA in the EST Time Zone • Willingness to travel up to 50% of work weeks, including 2–3 evenings each week • Preferred: experience utilizing the Modern Classrooms Project instructional model as an educator or instructional leader • Preferred: experience teaching or coaching math using Illustrative Mathematics or Eureka Math 2 in grades 3–12 • Preferred: experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM • Preferably based in or near a major airport hub, especially in the Midwest or on the East Coast
