📋 Description

• Serve as the acquisition integration partner focused on ERP integrations, Accounting & Finance, Tax, and Treasury • Leverage due diligence learnings to develop and manage comprehensive integration plans • Manage integration timelines, deliverables, key milestones, and risks • Obtain alignment from senior leadership, Corporate Development, and departmental leadership • Set and manage project expectations and timelines • Lead integration projects within assigned workstreams • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables • Track project milestones and drive buy-in throughout the integration lifecycle • Collaborate with leadership, NewCo, and the Integration Management Office • Serve as a key partner for workstream leaders during acquisition integrations • Manage day-to-day execution of assigned integration workstreams • Facilitate workstream meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables • Monitor functional-team progress and report project status to project teams and senior leadership • Escalate risks, delays, and blockers as appropriate • Conduct postmortem reviews and document lessons learned • Support documentation of integration strategies, playbooks, and planning materials • Establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including offshore teams and external vendors/partners • Communicate expectations and liaise with stakeholders throughout projects • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and tools • Provide project management leadership and coaching to team members • Recommend improvements to M&A integration processes, tools, and methodologies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 5-7 years' experience in project management • 3-5 years' minimum experience in mergers & acquisitions • High level of knowledge of M&A integration lifecycle IMO and finance/accounting • PMP, CCMP, or like certifications preferred • Experience with ERP (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) integrations/migrations • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) • Strong collaboration and ability to build positive relationships with team members and stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail • Project management and change management ability to hold others accountable to project deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and drive projects forward • Ability to guide others through the change management process • Candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship requirements addressed in application
