📋 Description
• Install and maintain innovative healthcare technology in long-term care homes • Build trust with care staff and management through service-oriented support • Deliver training sessions to care staff • Conduct on-site service runs for technical issues
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in customer support, or a similar hands-on and client-facing role • Strong troubleshooting skills • Customer-first mindset • A self-starter who works independently • Valid driver’s license and reliable car
