📋 Description

• Maintain and engineer Firefox’s Graphics area, including rendering, compositing, images, canvas, and WebGL • Own day-to-day Graphics maintenance, including bug fixes, regressions, test upkeep, and incoming issues • Diagnose and fix graphics problems across Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android • Carry out code review and routine upkeep so FTE engineers can focus on performance • Keep the Graphics area healthy, reduce backlog and regressions, and free senior engineers to focus on performance

🎯 Requirements

• Strong C++ and/or Rust • Knowledge of graphics frameworks and GPU architecture • Strong debugging and optimization in a multithreaded codebase • Able to work independently and lead technically in a large, mature codebase • Preferred: Shader languages; mobile/Android; open-source collaboration
