• Conduct face-to-face, virtual, and phone interactions with healthcare professionals to communicate product and therapeutic information. • Deliver clear, compliant, and evidence-based messaging to support safe and appropriate prescribing decisions. • Maintain a high level of customer focus and deliver value in every interaction. • Develop and execute an annual territory business plan aligned with corporate and franchise objectives. • Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. • Monitor territory performance and adjust activities based on insights and business needs. • Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with HCPs by understanding their clinical and practice needs. • Identify partnership opportunities and deliver solutions that enhance patient care and practice outcomes. • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to maximize customer impact. • Plan, develop, and execute educational and promotional initiatives tailored to customer needs. • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions in CRM systems. • Manage territory administration, including call reporting and expense tracking. • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or a related field. • 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience in CNS or ADHD therapeutic areas is preferred but not essential. • Valid driver’s license. • CCPE Basic Accreditation (preferred or to be obtained). • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute territory plans. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage healthcare professionals. • Proven ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers. • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive outcomes. • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action.
