📋 Description

• Lead Myriad’s enterprise-wide policy, government affairs, and advocacy strategy • Define and lead a government affairs and public policy strategy across federal, state, and regulatory domains • Shape policy related to coverage, coding, and reimbursement frameworks • Build and lead relationships with policymakers and patient advocacy organizations • Oversee company PAC strategy and governance

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of leadership experience in government affairs, public policy, or health policy • Strong preference for experience in diagnostics, precision medicine, or healthcare services • Proven ability to develop and connect policy strategy to business outcomes • Working knowledge of HHS regulation of diagnostics and CMS reimbursement systems • Trusted advisor to senior leadership with strong executive presence • Experience partnering across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Legal
