📋 Description

• Define and maintain the enterprise AI architecture strategy, standards, and reference architectures for scalable adoption of AI, generative AI, and agentic AI. • Establish enterprise AI architecture patterns for generative AI, agentic workflows, RAG, model orchestration, and enterprise AI service integration. • Develop and implement AI governance frameworks and architectural guardrails for responsible, secure, and compliant AI use. • Evaluate and recommend AI platforms, large language model providers, orchestration frameworks, and supporting tooling. • Define AI integration patterns connecting AI capabilities with enterprise platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services. • Define and promote Agentic AI patterns for workflow orchestration, tool integration, memory/context management, and human-in-the-loop capabilities. • Ensure Responsible AI and regulatory compliance, including data privacy, auditability, model transparency, and ethical AI practices. • Define AI operations standards covering model lifecycle management, monitoring, observability, deployment pipelines, and operational controls. • Establish AI security and cost-management practices for secure model access, data protection, usage controls, and infrastructure optimization. • Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to guide AI adoption and solution architecture decisions. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience, required. • 10+ years of experience in software development or architecture, including a minimum of 5 years focused on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, required. • Experience defining enterprise AI architecture patterns, model integration, orchestration frameworks, and AI-enabled application design within cloud or distributed systems. • Experience establishing or supporting AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, regulatory compliance, model lifecycle oversight, and enterprise guardrails. • Experience defining AI platform strategies, including evaluation and selection of enterprise AI platforms, large language models, and supporting tooling. • Experience designing AI integration patterns connecting AI capabilities with enterprise platforms, APIs, data platforms, and cloud services. • Experience implementing or guiding MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and operational governance. • Experience addressing AI security, privacy, and cost management, including secure model access and sensitive-data protection. • Experience collaborating with enterprise architecture, engineering, data, and product teams. • Experience interviewing end-users regarding functionality, interfaces, problems, and usability issues. • Advanced development skills in multiple modern languages, including C#, React, and Python. • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives. • Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification preferred. • AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty certification preferred. • Responsible AI / AI Governance certification preferred. • Industry-recognized Certified AI Professional or equivalent AI/ML certification preferred. • Knowledge of PBM systems, claims adjudication processes, and payer/provider/pharmacy data exchange patterns preferred.
