📋 Description

• Complete reports and projects, including detailed Geo Access and Member Disruption reports, in a timely manner • Understand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into actionable information • Create pharmacy directories for clients and members identifying available pharmacy services and locations • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual reports and directories as required by government-sponsored health plans and other clients • Perform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and compliant with regulations and requirements • Provide periodic and detailed reporting of activities and opportunities to the Provider Services team and cross-functional leadership • Identify, advocate for, and implement process improvements to maximize quality and efficiency • Assist with internal department and corporate projects • Coordinate task completion within the department and across functions • Solve moderately complex problems • Participate in and support compliance program objectives • Perform other related duties as assigned or required

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Emphasis in business, information systems, economics, or statistics preferred • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a business setting • PC Skills: Microsoft Excess, Access, and other applications as required • Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives • Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees • Must be a resident of an eligible U.S. state; Navitus cannot offer remote work to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, West Virginia, or Wyoming • Availability to work M-F 8am-5pm CT
