📋 Description

• Support financial planning, cost analysis, inventory management, and reporting within a manufacturing environment • Maintain and analyze material cost records, standard costs, and related costing data • Perform periodic material cost updates and evaluate financial impacts of raw material, labor, overhead, and supply cost changes • Perform monthly actual-versus-plan variance analysis for manufacturing expenses, production performance, inventory activity, and cost center results • Develop financial analytics, dashboards, and reports covering cost trends, inventory movements, expense performance, forecasted spending, and efficiency opportunities • Prepare periodic cost reconciliation reports • Assist in budgeting and forecasting for manufacturing cost centers • Analyze inventory valuation, movements, obsolescence, discards, cycle count results, and physical inventory activity • Partner with Operations, Purchasing, and Finance to investigate cost variances, inventory discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities • Maintain fixed asset records and analyze depreciation, capital activity, and related expense impacts • Perform other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, supply chain, or related field desired • At least three years of related financial analysis, cost accounting, inventory analysis, or manufacturing finance experience required • Strong understanding of product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost drivers preferred • Experience analyzing large data sets and developing financial reports, trend analysis, reconciliations, and actionable business insights required • Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX concepts preferred • Previous experience with ERP systems required; SAP experience preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required • Experience with analytics or reporting tools preferred
