• Responsible for inbound telesales of Comcast services to small-to-medium business customers • Meet and exceed sales quotas from inbound calls • Ensure CRM software is accurate and up to date • Deliver best-in-class customer experience • Manage customer relationship from initial call to close
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma / GED • 0-2 Years Relevant Work Experience • Wireless experience strongly preferred • Experience in sales or telesales
