• Perform customer installations, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service and repair electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective repairs, and system overhauls • Diagnose and resolve issues involving hardware, software, networking, and system configurations • Manage network faults, system access, security settings, and remote connectivity • Organize and triage customer issues, addressing problems proactively when possible • Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and professional manner focused on resolution • Participate in virtual and hands-on training programs provided by NCR Atleos • Comply with NCR Atleos policies, including Shared Values, Code of Conduct, health and safety standards, accurate timekeeping, and fleet and safe driving requirements • Perform other related duties consistent with qualifications and business needs • May be reassigned to adjacent service territories during standard shifts to meet operational needs • May elect to participate in overnight travel assignments to support broader service coverage
• Local candidate to the specific geographic area • Authorized to work in the United States • At least 19 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets NCR Atleos fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity • Ability to perform essential job functions without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged travel with several hours of driving per day • Ability to work rotating and weekend shifts • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and perform repetitive hand movements manipulating objects of various sizes • Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software • A+ Certification, CompTIA, or Network+ (N+) Certification • One (1) or more years of related experience is preferred
