📋 Description

• Build state-of-the-art UI features on Netflix’s leading TV application for performance- and memory-constrained devices • Collaborate with product, design, algorithm, and engineering partners to scope projects and build user experiences • A/B test product variants with real customers • Develop and maintain TypeScript/JavaScript code using React frameworks and Redux architecture for TV platforms • Test features with proprietary Jest-based automation frameworks • Write testable code and create automation to validate functionality in partnership with test engineers • Own feature quality and deliver measurable business impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working on consumer-facing products/apps • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript • Ability to navigate different languages and technology stacks, such as Node.js and GraphQL • Curiosity about how members use the application and eagerness to build product features • Ability to bring unique perspectives and balanced views to collaborations • Ability to value others’ perspectives when identifying solutions • Strong independence and bias toward action • Inclination for collaboration
