📋 Description

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into creative, operational, and administrative workflows • Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools that improve efficiency, quality, and collaboration • Build internal AI workflows using large language models, automation platforms, AI agents, and creative AI tools • Create documentation, SOPs, prompt libraries, and internal playbooks • Design workflows that reduce repetitive work while maintaining quality and creative standards • Train team members on AI tools and best practices through workshops, documentation, and one-on-one support • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications for the agency • Collaborate with creative, strategy, project management, and leadership teams to develop AI-driven solutions • Test, refine, and continuously improve internal AI systems as tools evolve • Help establish governance, quality standards, and responsible AI practices across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms and large language models • Experience building automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms • Experience with AI agents, prompt engineering, retrieval systems, and workflow automation • Experience integrating AI into real-world business or creative workflows • Strong understanding of current generative AI tools for writing, research, image generation, and video creation • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies and determine where they deliver meaningful value • Excellent documentation and process design skills • Strong communication and facilitation skills with both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams • Curious, adaptable, and excited by rapidly evolving technology • API integrations and connecting AI services across platforms are a plus • Experience building custom GPTs, AI assistants, or autonomous agents is a plus • Knowledge of knowledge management systems and internal documentation is a plus • Experience in creative agency, marketing, or production environments is a plus • Experience with change management, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives is a plus • Basic scripting or programming experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar is a plus • AI governance, security, and responsible AI implementation experience is a plus
