📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key global accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, becoming a trusted advisor. • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth, aligning with company objectives. • Work closely with internal teams—sales, marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure a cohesive approach to client needs and expectations. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and competitive advantage. • Lead contract negotiations and manage pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction. • Track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and proactively addressing any issues. • Act as the voice of the client within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring timely resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • 7+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a global setting. • Proven track record of managing key accounts and consistently achieving sales targets. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels. • Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives to completion. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients globally, up to 25%.
