📋 Description

• Lead New Relic’s AMER partner sales business • Build a team of hunters overlaying the AMER sales team • Drive Partner Sourced ACR and launch sales motions such as MSP • Leverage regional services partners to ramp consumption • Drive Partner Sourced ACR across North America and LATAM • Support partner-led opportunities from discovery through close • Coach and upskill the team on deal mechanics, partner positioning, and cross-functional alignment • Build alignment between Channel and Direct Sales AEs • Leverage the existing Observability partner network and drive executive commitment • Operate effectively in an evolving environment • Achieve regional gross ACR targets sourced directly by partners • Improve Stage 2 to Closed-Won conversion for partner-led deals • Drive team quota attainment • Increase Partner Attachment Rate across AMER sales territories

🎯 Requirements

• Wealth of executive relationships across top North American and LATAM VARs, SIs, and regional partners • Proven track record of personally helping sales teams close deals through the channel • Ability to thrive in environments that are under construction and navigate internal ambiguity • Deep experience in the Observability, APM, or Log Management space; mandatory • Spanish or Portuguese proficiency is a significant plus for the LATAM component • Must verify identity and eligibility to work • Criminal background check required • Visa sponsorship is not available
