📋 Description

• Oversee every active Creator Command Center from launch through final reporting • Hold each engagement to its scope, budget, timeline, and quality bar • Step in on high-stakes moments, client escalations, and fast-moving news • Serve as the senior client partner on important engagements • Hire, manage, and develop Strategy Directors • Staff command centers with designers, project managers, and production staff • Manage partner agencies, creator networks, and vendors • Build and refine the command center model, including scoping, onboarding, workflows, and reporting • Turn results into case studies and proposals with the Senior Program Director • Incorporate audience research and performance data into engagement planning and measurement • Work with the Head of NewWorld Strategies, Senior Program Director, and Research & Insights team to develop and staff new work

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic communications, campaigns, or client leadership • Experience leading several engagements and teams at once • Record of leading high-stakes, fast-moving communications or campaign work for mission-driven organizations • Experience managing strategists or engagement leads across several concurrent engagements • Senior client leadership experience • Fluency in creator ecosystems and platform-native content • Strong command of scopes, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships • Experience building a repeatable service model or practice • Calm, clear judgment when several engagements peak at once • Experience in an early-stage or fast-moving consultancy, agency, or media company • Remote and US-based • Regular travel aligned with client engagements
