📋 Description

• Identify and close new, complex opportunities while engaging technical and nontechnical stakeholders • Align with customers’ product, business, and compliance roadmaps to uncover opportunities • Own customer relationships from contract signature through implementation, product adoption, renewal, and expansion • Map customer organizations to identify additional teams, entities, regions, and opportunities • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and support API integration conversations • Hire and help build an additional Solutions Architecture team • Develop systems, processes, and performance metrics for the Solutions Architecture function • Support the design and development of exemplary proofs of concept and act as escalation point for pre-sales technical issues • Identify market trends and share insights with leadership and product teams • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product Engineering on go-to-market initiatives • Engage executives and build credible relationships with prospects’ decision-makers • Represent customer and compliance-team needs to influence product roadmap and feature priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ year of pre-sales leadership experience, with a proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams • 5+ years across technical sales, consulting, implementation, or go-to-market functions • Track record of building and leading world-class Solutions Architecture/Sales Engineering/Solutions Engineering teams, ideally in a SaaS business • Genuine energy, curiosity, and a passion for making customers successful, and creatively drafting solutions to address customers’ needs • Strong hands-on technical sales experience with APIs • Knowledge of payments, crypto, fintech, or RegTech industry experience strongly preferred • Strong executive presence and ability to build deep, credible relationships with prospects and customers
