• Active Secret Clearance and eligibility to acquire a Top Secret Clearance • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math and seven years' experience with IBM CICS, MQ, and WebSphere products in a large mainframe environment • OR ten years' experience with IBM CICS, MQ, and WebSphere products in a large mainframe environment • Experience with IBM CICS Transaction Server (CICS/TS), Multi-Region Operation (MRO), and WebSphere Application Server (WAS) • Experience with Message Broker and Message Queuing (MQ) administration • Ability to plan, install, upgrade, implement, maintain, and customize CICS/TS, MQ, WAS, and Message Broker • Experience creating and interpreting system traces, dumps, job output, and monitoring tools to diagnose and resolve abends • Experience defining environment, channels, queue manager, and queue settings for IBM MQ • Ability to create, define, modify CICS parameters and create new regions • Experience implementing security management and auditing with RACF for z/OS • Experience maintaining CICS/TS system exits written in IBM High Level Assembler Language (HLAL) • Experience supporting DoD Cyber Security requirements, Authority to Operate (ATO) preparation, and security audits • Experience analyzing CICS, MQ, and WAS environments for performance tuning and providing recommendations • Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and leading mitigation efforts
