📋 Description

• Drive growth and deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients using Novara’s EHSQ+S software solutions • Serve as a senior individual contributor and player-coach within the Pre-Sales organization • Lead by example on complex sales opportunities • Coach and develop Novara’s Sales Engineers • Bridge the gap between Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success, and Product • Develop strategies for engaging prospects, understanding client needs, improving win rates, strengthening team capabilities, and delivering value-driven solutions • Train and equip the solutions engineering team with EHSQ+S expertise • Provide technical support throughout the sales process, including solution scoping and technical answers • Lead product demonstrations and proof of concepts for complex prospects when necessary • Own the RFP process from a solutioning standpoint • Build templated forms within the platform and train team members on these processes • Provide EHS expertise and insights to colleagues and cross-functional teams • Gather and centralize sales feedback to help prioritize product enhancement requests • Attend select conferences and trade shows, delivering presentations and product demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) industry • 8+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering within a SaaS environment • Deep understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety principles and best practices • Technical expertise with SaaS platforms and cloud technologies • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied stakeholders • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop Solutions Engineers or other client-facing professionals • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and technical sales tools • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Strong sales mindset and ability to align Novara’s value proposition to prospect pain points • Experience with document generation and business process automation is a plus
