📋 Description

• Design scalable, collaborative, and social online learning experiences for Fortune 500 companies, universities, and training organizations • Own 1–2 major projects at a time as design lead, from initial problem exploration through final implementation • Partner with product management to frame problems, define scope, explore design approaches, and make recommendations • Provide production-ready mocks and assets and collaborate with engineers on quality and feasibility • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and understand user goals • Align stakeholders, propose solutions, and adjust scope when challenges arise • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap discussions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing products used by end users and clients at scale • Proven track record of solving complex real-world problems with strategic thinking and elegant, user-centered solutions • Proficiency with wireframing, user flows, high-fidelity mocks, prototyping, user interviews, and usability testing • Expert-level skills with Figma, including components and design libraries • Experience working within established design systems and contributing to their evolution • Strong visual design foundation with attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution • Understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and inclusive design principles • Experience designing responsive Web/Mobile experiences • Understanding of HTML/CSS and development constraints • Experience designing AI-powered features is a plus • Familiarity with GenAI tools is a plus • Ability to independently own projects from problem definition through execution • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive decisions without constant guidance • Ability to collaborate with product managers and engineers • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and lead productive discussions • Ability to adapt when new information or priorities emerge • Ability to balance data-driven decisions with cognitive empathy
