📋 Description

• Manage, coach, and develop a distributed team of senior security and infrastructure engineers • Own hiring, employee growth, and performance management • Set technical direction and roadmap for the security control plane and foundational security services • Guide the path toward autonomous security operations • Run lightweight planning and reflection cycles focused on measurable outcomes • Staff efforts with appropriately sized teams and clear accountable owners • Maintain high engineering standards for tested code, observability, operational readiness, and documentation • Translate complex security risks into actionable information for executives • Turn risk assessment into measurable themes and make trade-offs clear • Build partnerships across DGX Cloud platform, SRE, networking, and NVIDIA security teams • Deliver through influence across vertically organized teams

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 7+ years managing engineers • Typically 14+ years across software engineering, SRE, infrastructure, or security • Technical depth in infrastructure, distributed systems, or security engineering • Experience attracting, hiring, and developing engineers • Experience building repeatable and fair interview and calibration practices • Ability to deliver measurable outcomes under ambiguity • Working understanding of cloud-native architecture • Experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration • Understanding of identity and access, policy enforcement, and vulnerability management • Experience delivering through partner teams without direct authority • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience • Strong expertise in areas including infrastructure, security engineering, SRE, software engineering, or distributed systems
