📋 Description

• Lead and manage a small team of full-stack engineers, coordinating day-to-day work, setting technical direction, and supporting growth through mentorship and feedback • Maintain and enhance a secure, scalable e-signature platform built on .NET • Implement Angular-based features, deliver enhancements, and resolve front-end defects with UI designers and product owners • Own platform reliability and health through monitoring, alerting, performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and uptime improvements • Uphold document integrity, audit trails, authentication, security, and compliance standards • Operate and enhance the platform on Azure for scalability, cost efficiency, resilience, and observability • Coordinate deployments and releases with Product, IT, and operations teams • Participate in incident response and on-call support for customer-impacting issues • Use AI-enabled development tools to improve discovery, implementation, testing, documentation, and delivery • Identify technical requirements, prioritize maintenance and enhancements, and participate in solution and code reviews • Perform performance tuning, testing, refactoring, usability improvements, automation, documentation, and ongoing technical support

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience developing and delivering large-scale distributed systems • 6+ years of experience with .NET Framework, .NET Standard, or .NET Core • 3+ years of experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 • Experience building reusable Angular components, managing front-end state, and integrating RESTful APIs • Experience leading or managing a small engineering team, including mentoring and delegating • Experience coordinating deployments and releases with IT and operations teams • Experience maintaining and enhancing an established production SaaS platform • Understanding of application security and ideally e-signature, document integrity, audit-trail, or compliance concepts • Understanding of DRY, SOLID, and KISS principles • Experience with relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and non-relational databases • Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience, including deploying, operating, and monitoring cloud workloads • Skills auditing application logs, telemetry, dependency calls, and storage growth patterns • Background in high-growth Agile SaaS engineering organizations • Experience using AI-assisted development tools and prompt/context engineering • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to explain and justify technical ideas and apply common design patterns
