📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers building agentic solutions with North in on-premises environments • Own customer success from technical implementation through delivery • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape enterprise AI delivery • Build relationships with technical stakeholders on the customer side • Foster continuous improvement and innovation in agentic solution development • Define and implement processes that scale agent development and deployment across multiple client environments • Solve complex problems and securely integrate AI into finance, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering • 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams • Experience managing engineers in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Hands-on experience building and deploying enterprise software at scale, with a focus on agentic applications • High agency and proactive problem-solving • Doer mentality and ability to execute in fast-paced environments • Excellent communication skills in English, including translating technical concepts for technical and business audiences • Experience with AI/ML infrastructure is nice to have • Background in enterprise security and compliance is nice to have
