📋 Description

• Support expansion of the 340B Multiple Contract Pharmacy Program • Maintain databases and systems supporting 340B and Multiple Contract Pharmacy Programs • Ensure financial and regulatory compliance of 340B programs • Work with current staff and contract pharmacies serving the company’s population • Comply with HRSA Office of Pharmacy Affairs regulations related to the 340B Program • Monitor 340B drug utilization and purchasing at contract pharmacies • Support implementation, testing, maintenance, and auditing of new contract pharmacy sites • Serve as a technical resource to contract pharmacies and hospital pharmacy departments • Perform scheduled audits, present issues, and resolve issues during monitoring and reconciliation • Monitor and audit Medicaid prescriptions to prevent duplicate discounts • Research patient records in the electronic health record during specified audit periods • Document and identify provider, location, and patient eligibility • Analyze data and build reports identifying cost savings and system improvements • Assist with staff education and training for the 340B Program • Develop working relationships with internal and external counterparts to improve program efficiency and compliance • Remain knowledgeable about applicable laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements • Report known or suspected unethical, questionable, safety, privacy, or compliance-related concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field • 2 years’ experience in Healthcare, Compliance, Business, Accounting, Finance or related field • Computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and information retrieval • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency with Windows-style applications, role-specific software packages, and keyboard • Knowledge of pharmacy processes and medications • Excellent analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to travel throughout and between facilities • Reliable transportation and ability to drive on the Interstate Highway System • Knowledge of pharmaceutical contract mechanisms for hospitals, GPOs, retail pharmacies, and wholesalers • Knowledge of pharmacy software supporting 340B Pharmacy Programs • Microsoft Excel and Access skills • Knowledge of 340B Program regulations and guidelines • Potential to encounter hazardous medications and hazardous waste
