• Focused on Small & medium Business, working to exceed targets on a consistent basis and accurately forecast sales outcomes on a regular and ongoing basis. • Establishment of key relationships for High Velocity sales enablement. • 2 - 5 years of experience selling to employers, health plans, or benefit sales • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas • Experience maintaining large, active pipeline and high volume sales • Ability to close a sale, having the communication skills, credibility, and authority to handle each client from lead generation through contract execution • Perseverance to drive processes for our unique solution forward • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills • A team player that will work ardently towards exceeding their own quota and deliver outstanding results, but never do so at the expense of a colleague or Omada
