📋 Description

• Translate clinical, organizational, or IT needs into functional and IT requirements • Assess the value and risks of AI solutions, classify them, and maintain an inventory • Ensure and maintain process standardization • Support solution sponsors and prepare reports • Recommend technology and analytics solutions tailored to business needs • Identify and define relevant metrics based on clients’ business needs • Design business-oriented semantic models • Continuously monitor emerging technologies and prepare dissemination reports • Contribute to information governance • Validate the quality and reliability of metrics • Collaborate with technical teams on data integration • Conduct strategic monitoring of healthcare technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of spoken and written French • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, artificial intelligence, clinical informatics, or a relevant academic field aligned with the responsibilities and requirements of the position • A MIFI equivalency assessment is required for any degree obtained outside Quebec • Master’s degree in artificial intelligence, data science, business analytics, or a related field is a strong asset • Eight (8) years of experience in information technology • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technology solutions analysis or business analytics • Two (2) years of experience in data modeling and advanced analytics • Experience with emerging technologies (AI, ML, analytics) • Healthcare sector experience is an asset • Strong skills in business needs analysis and translating business needs into technical requirements • Strong skills in semantic and conceptual data modeling • Experience designing dashboards and data visualizations • Experience defining and validating performance indicators • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Tableau • Advanced SQL and relational databases • Knowledge of data architectures (data warehouses, data lakes) • Experience with modeling tools • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts • Predictive and descriptive analytics • Methodical technology monitoring • Knowledge of clinical and administrative healthcare processes • Understanding of care pathways • Business process analysis • Only candidates legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada will be considered
