📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and provide accurate solutions. • Process orders, amendments, and returns efficiently. • Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff when necessary. • Provide feedback to improve customer service processes. • Serve as frontline support for customers regarding products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment. • Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus. • Windows laptop or desktop with webcam. • Minimum Dual‐Core 2.0 GHz processor. • Mac, Chromebook, Apple devices, and Microsoft Surface are not compatible. • Ethernet port required. • USB Noise‐Cancelling Headset with a functioning microphone; must be hardwired (no Bluetooth). • Hard-wired internet connection is required; Wi-Fi/cellular not permitted. • Minimum internet speed: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload. • Windows 11; MacOS and Chromebook not supported. • Minimum RAM: 16 GB; Quad-Core processor recommended.
