📋 Description

• Build LLM-powered systems for expert matching and solicitation intelligence • Build and improve vector-backed indexes of experts and solicitations and the search connecting them using OpenSearch, PGVector, and Go • Ship features that accelerate talent mobility by graphing knowledge at the individual work-experience level • Build core SaaS platform and API features across the stack using Python, Go, and React • Take features from idea to production and own shipped work • Use Claude and internal tooling to design, write, test, and review code • Collaborate with the engineering lead, product, and leadership to ship quickly and iteratively • Support platform security, reliability, and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience shipping full-stack software in Python, React, and AWS • Hands-on experience with LLMs, LLM orchestration, vector search, or AI-first product development • Daily experience building with AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar • Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing many hats • Readable, tested code and strong engineering fundamentals • Comfortable engaging on data security and compliance topics • CMMC / FedRAMP / SOC 2 familiarity is a plus, not required • Go experience is a plus
