📋 Description

• Oversee revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and company policies • Perform monthly revenue close procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis • Review customer contracts for proper revenue recognition treatment • Review customer contracts for accurate billing and revenue reporting • Analyze deferred revenue and ensure proper accounting treatment • Assist in financial audits by preparing schedules and providing documentation • Continuously improve revenue processes for efficiency and accuracy • Support implementation and optimization of revenue accounting systems • Ensure compliance with internal controls • Review and post revenue at each month close • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline revenue processes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of US GAAP / ASC 606 • Excellent analytical skills • Experience overseeing revenue recognition processes • Experience with monthly revenue close procedures, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis • Experience reviewing customer contracts for revenue recognition, billing, and revenue reporting • Experience analyzing deferred revenue • Experience assisting with financial audits • Experience with revenue accounting systems • Knowledge of internal controls • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
