• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close. • Develop new business revenue through inbound and outbound opportunities. • Deliver engaging product demos and value-based presentations focused on ROI and business impact. • Collaborate with marketing, pipe-gen resources, and product teams to refine messaging, outbound campaigns, and industry/persona-specific positioning. • Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting within HubSpot CRM. • Work cross-functionally with Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and customer expansion. • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• 3–6 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a Mid-Market AE role with ACVs between $25K–$75K+. • Huge plus if you have a track record of sourcing your own pipeline. • Proven track record of quota attainment (100%+ achievement). • Experience selling into IT, Information Security, or Digital Workplace personas. • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Governance, or Automation tools) is a strong plus. • Excellent communicator and storyteller who can distill technical concepts into business outcomes. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment with evolving processes. • Self-starter with strong discovery, negotiation, and closing skills.
