• Provide financial solutions to JLG’s customers in the Caribbean, Latin & South America • Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with JLG’s regional sales teams and external customers • Continually partner with customers to structure financing solutions that meet their needs • Identify funders to increase financing capacity for customer sales • Maintain communication with JLG’s captive finance company’s operations team for timely approvals and documentation • Work closely with Credit and Treasury to identify financing solutions • Provide training and support to JLG Regional Sales Teams
• Bachelor’s degree in related field • 3-plus years related experience • Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese • Highly self-motivated individual • Experience in working with lenders in the Caribbean, Latin & South America • Experience structuring financing transactions • Experience building and managing effective relationships with customers, vendors and internal partners • Credit underwriting background, in the equipment financing or rental industry • Understanding of Equipment Leasing and Finance Accounting principles • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Proficient use of Apple and Microsoft Office products
