📋 Description

• Support ongoing medium- to high-complexity maintenance, Run-the-Business support, incident service requests, and assigned global infrastructure areas • Provide solutions for medium- to high-complexity Run-the-Business and project efforts • Serve as a project resource on application and infrastructure projects, representing functional capabilities • Assist with gathering requirements, creating recommendations, and implementing solutions • Identify gaps and needs and lead improvement efforts to improve service delivery • Act as a subject matter expert in one or more infrastructure technologies • Write complex knowledge articles and share knowledge with IT staff • Develop relationships with other IT staff, mentor team members, and participate in job shadowing • Support infrastructure domains including database administration, servers, data networks, voice networks, storage, and application platforms • Cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when business requires

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent • Five (5) or more years of experience in Information Technology or a related area • Relevant industry-related certifications preferred • Information Technology experience within the manufacturing industry preferred • Ability to effectively communicate • Ability to work in a team environment • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail • Strong time-management and prioritization skills; able to multi-task and meet deadlines • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and web-based software applications • Ability to cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when required • Some experience with operating systems (Windows, RHEL, or other Linux) required • U.S. Person status may be required for certain positions under ITAR/EAR regulations
