📋 Description

• Close new business opportunities in target markets such as public safety, security, and industrial operations. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets. • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction. • Become a subject matter expert on Paladin’s drone technology, demonstrating its value through presentations, product demos, and customized proposals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to deliver seamless customer experiences. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or hardware solutions. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients at all organizational levels. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and explain complex products quickly. • Preferred: Experience selling to public safety or government sectors is a plus. • Knowledge of drone technology and its applications is advantageous but not required. • Experience with HubSpot CRM, Google Suite, Asana, Slack.
