📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Specialists throughout the sales process • Deliver product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs • Assist with technical workshops, evaluations, and proof-of-concept engagements • Explain authentication, access management, and identity governance concepts • Explore integrations with directories, SaaS applications, and enterprise infrastructure • Troubleshoot technical questions during evaluations and demonstrations • Communicate technical concepts to technical and business audiences • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge, improve demos, and strengthen the Domain Consultant organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CISSP or equivalent experience • Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), or related security technologies • Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, federation, directory services, and identity lifecycle management • Exposure to CyberArk, SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Ping, or Microsoft Entra ID • Understanding of enterprise directories, SaaS applications, and cloud infrastructure • Ability to troubleshoot integrations involving APIs, authentication flows, or directory services • Familiarity with REST APIs and Postman or similar tools • Comfortable with command-line tools and basic scripting • Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, or OCI • Ability to explain technical topics to technical and business audiences • Comfortable presenting and leading discussions with engineers and IT stakeholders • Ability to connect technology capabilities to customer challenges • Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge • Ability to travel up to 30% • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
