📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end analyses on high-stakes, often ambiguous questions, from problem framing through recommendation and impact measurement. • Design dashboards and reporting frameworks for routine stakeholder questions. • Set standards for analytical rigor, methodology, and documentation. • Apply statistical methods, experimentation design, and causal inference. • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency, growth, and improved outcomes. • Collaborate with analytics engineers on warehouse-layer data modeling. • Turn recurring analytical needs into durable models. • Establish and validate canonical data definitions. • Mentor analysts on analytical technique and business judgment without formal people management. • Translate findings for technical and non-technical audiences. • Influence senior stakeholders and communicate evidence-based conclusions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a comparable analytical role. • 2+ years operating at a senior analyst level. • Track record of insights that changed business decisions. • Experience supporting multiple business functions from a central analytics team. • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field, or equivalent experience. • Hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar. • Expert-level SQL. • Strong Python for statistical work. • Advanced Looker or comparable BI tool experience, including LookML, dashboard design, and semantic-layer thinking. • Working knowledge of experimentation design and causal inference. • Comfort collaborating with analytics engineers on data modeling and warehouse design. • Ability to work independently with ambiguous business questions. • Ability to mentor without formal authority. • Comfort working with patient- and healthcare-adjacent data and sound judgment handling sensitive information is a plus. • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and for the duration of employment. • This role is not eligible for employer visa sponsorship.
