📋 Description

• Lead the full sales lifecycle and build a durable, executive-level provider revenue engine • Win net-new health systems and deepen executive relationships • Establish PayZen as an indispensable strategic partner • Own the commercial lifecycle across target health systems • Drive net-new account acquisition and build repeatable expansion motions • Cross-sell and upsell offerings such as financial assistance automation and the Care Card • Implement a rigorous enterprise sales operating system • Enforce stage definitions, deal inspection, close planning, and accurate forecasting • Serve as senior counterpart to health system CFOs and revenue cycle management leaders • Lead financial conversations concerning yield, MDR, recourse versus non-recourse, and balance-sheet implications • Design and run coverage models for live partners • Hold sellers quota-accountable from first meeting through renewal • Institutionalize executive mapping and QBRs • Build customer-to-product intelligence loops with Product and Engineering • Establish handoffs with Provider Value Delivery • Run the channel-sales overlay alongside Partnerships/BD • Recruit, develop, and retain enterprise sellers and leaders • Manage performance and evolve organizational design and territory coverage as PayZen scales • Report to the CCO and collaborate with Product, Partnerships, Engineering, and RevOps

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in enterprise sales hunting • Deep experience opening and closing new enterprise accounts • Experience managing multi-stakeholder buying committees • Experience navigating IT, security, and Epic integration reviews • Strong operational discipline in territory planning, pipeline coverage, and forecasting • Proven player-coach who has built teams • Ability to identify talent, manage performance, and develop leaders • Strong land-and-expand sales experience • Experience holding sellers accountable for account success and growth • Ability to operate in a partner-heavy ecosystem • Ability to sell alongside end-to-end revenue cycle vendors without creating channel conflict • Willingness and ability to travel significantly to health systems and industry events • Regular availability to spend time with the team in the Bay Area • Must address US work authorization/visa sponsorship requirements
