📋 Description

• Learn and develop an understanding of all areas of the PBS software and the process for training customers • Develop a strong understanding of data entry processes and other essential tasks • Work directly with customers and train all sessions in assigned module(s) • Maintain positive customer relationships, identify customer needs, and ensure they are met • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner • Write tickets, investigate issues, and escalate issues to corresponding teams • Monitor the STT queue • Maintain documentation and update it as processes change within the department • Share knowledge within the primary module and with other STT team members • Learn new products to increase knowledge • Commit to ongoing system education and cross-training • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, writing) • 1-2 years’ experience in a car dealership environment, with a focus in Fixed Operations • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 1 week per month • Valid passport • Visa, if applicable • Full driver’s license • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and public speaking • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills • Effective time management and organizational skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize • Outstanding documentation abilities • High School Diploma • PBS software experience is a strong asset • Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training sessions is a strong asset
