• Drive sales of service programs/products to meet or exceed customer needs and revenue goals • Drive sales of service programs to meet or exceed sales and margin goals • Use existing customer base and new lead information to develop and increase sales of service offerings • Meet or exceed individual and/or team service sales targets and goals • Track and manage sales opportunities from lead to finalization of service contracts • Facilitate quoting, positioning, promoting, and selling services to ensure high close rates • Maintain accurate forecasting, account planning, and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports • Build and maintain long-term customer retention and relationships through existing-customer research and new leads • Manage assigned accounts and transition accounts to other sales teams or business segments when required • Manage accounts and business priorities with a strategic “One Peak” mindset • Work closely with Sales Leadership • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers, external contacts, and partner community • Maintain effective working relationships and coordination with co-workers and leadership • Take accountability for business target delivery and decision making • Work with Peak Senior Management Team, Key Customer Senior Leadership, and Key Vendor Senior Leadership • No direct or indirect supervisory responsibility
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; up to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Competencies: Sales Management, organizational development skills and competencies • Primary language used in daily operations is English • Ability to read and interpret documents, procedure manuals and correspondence • Ability to speak effectively with external customers and employees at various organizational levels • Ability to work with probability, statistical inference, geometry, trigonometry, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and handle abstract and concrete variables • Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize existing resources to solve problems • Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheet, Word Processing, and PowerPoint presentation software • CRM skills required • Ability to travel • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
