📋 Description

• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to identify enterprise talent needs • Generate qualified candidate pipelines for engineering and other technical roles • Liaise with technical recruiters and engineering hiring managers • Use competitive intelligence, funnel metrics, and business intelligence to advise technical talent decisions • Brainstorm, plan, and implement sourcing strategies using social recruiting tools • Devise, refine, and manage sourcing plans for current and future staffing needs • Use HRIS and ATS systems to build sourcing pipelines, review applicants, run reports, and provide performance metrics • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment • Experience ideally spanning both corporate and agency settings • Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter required • Strong relationship management, candidate management, and technical sourcing skills • Ability to understand different technology stacks and their fit within larger product lines • Creative sourcing, candidate management, and candidate experience approach • Track record of managing multiple searches simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is a bonus • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time hours • Must be able to work remotely within the United States or Canada
