📋 Description

• Achieve sales results and objectives for the assigned territory according to the territory business plan • Promote products to healthcare professionals in accordance with brand targeting strategy • Provide effective coverage of targeted family physicians, general practitioners, pharmacists, and some specialists • Conduct symposia, audio and video conferences, exhibits, and other Continuing Medical Education activities • Develop and implement a Business Plan • Report adverse drug reactions, adverse events, and product complaints according to corporate procedures • Provide professional public relations in accordance with approved company policy • Maintain company property, including the car, samples, and promotional supplies • Establish strong relationships with key customers • Engage customers in face-to-face and virtual environments • Attend congresses, including coordinating and executing CME programs • Collaborate with internal colleagues and external business partners • Demonstrate Pfizer Values and Leader Behaviors and adhere to Pfizer policies, procedures, and applicable codes and guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years of pharmaceutical sales experience • Bachelor’s degree in business or science • Superior product and therapeutic knowledge specific to the position’s focus • Superior selling skills • Expertise in reprint use and CME organization for live and virtual events • Proficiency with digital and artificial intelligence tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot • Critical judgment when evaluating information generated by AI tools • Adherence to Pfizer compliance and data protection policies • Excellent professional-level oral and written communication skills • Advanced English, spoken and written • Bilingualism in French and English • Networking skills • Computer proficiency • Valid driver’s license • Knowledge of the territory is an asset
