📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage partnerships. • Lead the design, negotiation, and governance of key pharmacy partnerships. • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to pharmacy and distribution leadership teams. • Oversee account management and partnership operations. • Lead information gathering on access, reimbursement, distribution economics, and channel dynamics. • Analyze account and partnership performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant university degree in business administration (MBA or equivalent in management), health sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. • Strong negotiation, governance, and executive-level communication skills. • Strong commercial and financial acumen. • Deep knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy ecosystem. • Experience in vaccines or primary care. • Excellent client and partnership management skills. • Ability to rapidly engage priority stakeholders.
