📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation program delivery, ensuring alignment with customer goals, contractual commitments, and business objectives • Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction • Serve as the primary leadership contact for a large Canadian healthcare customer • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, clinical leaders, information technology teams, government organizations, and partner organizations • Establish and lead program governance, including executive steering committees, risk management processes, escalation frameworks, and cross-functional decision-making forums • Coordinate multidisciplinary implementation teams • Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Clinical Consulting, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and other stakeholders • Drive successful delivery and adoption • Drive operational excellence through resource planning, capacity management, performance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and team development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years of experience with a Master's degree, in Program Management, Professional Services, Healthcare IT Implementations, Service Delivery, or a related field • Experience with Enterprise Imaging/PACS, VNA, RIS, EMR/EHR, cloud healthcare platforms, public-sector healthcare programs, or healthcare implementation delivery leadership • Experience with program governance, executive stakeholder management, customer relationship management, financial planning and forecasting, resource planning, risk and issue management, contract and scope management, change management, and cross-functional leadership • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or an equivalent • Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex customer environments • Experience in healthcare information technology implementations • Understanding of enterprise healthcare environments, including radiology workflows, healthcare delivery networks, and integrated delivery networks • Canadian work authorization required • Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future
