📋 Description

• Own features end to end from data modeling and architecture through building, deploying, and shipping to customers • Work across the full stack, including Vue components, Postgres queries, and Stripe webhooks • Use AI coding agents while maintaining correctness, reliability, and maintainability • Design, automate, and execute functional, regression, load, and smoke testing • Identify and communicate technical risks early • Design and evolve Prisma schemas and Postgres data models • Work across integrations including Stripe Connect, LiveKit, Twilio, Zoom, Anthropic, and pgvector • Help manage and grow a Google Apps Script reporting layer • Test, debug, and ship features • Review pull requests and maintain engineering standards • Monitor production systems and participate in triage and incident resolution • Improve code reliability, maintainability, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9+ years of software engineering experience with Nuxt or Vue, Prisma, and PostgreSQL • Proven experience using AI coding agents on a production codebase to improve productivity not replace thinking • Proven systems architecture experience, with a track record of making or significantly influencing structural decisions on production systems • Strong testing expertise, including functional, regression, load, and smoke testing, as well as experience automating test suites • Ability to read, understand, and work within an existing codebase before reaching for a rewrite or redesign • Extremely organized and self sufficient with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with changing requirements • Adaptability to changing priorities in a fluid high growth startup environment • Proven experience working on entire features, from concept through production deployment • Availability within at least 5-6 hours of an 8-5 or 9-6 MST schedule
