📋 Description

• Design and implement talent management strategy across North America • Build relationships with business, functional, and HR leaders regionally and globally • Serve as strategic counsel and point person for talent management • Assess talent, craft development plans, and follow through on outcomes • Consult on organizational design, work structure, job design, workforce forecasting, and role clarity • Identify organizational needs and develop strategies to address them • Advance movement of talent across the organization and identify stretch assignments • Execute performance management and succession planning processes • Source, evaluate, and select talent with business leadership and HR • Assess organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and facilitate talent assessments and performance calibration • Lead and track Personal Development Plans and Individual Development Plans • Own and implement talent management processes supporting employee and team career management • Partner with talent acquisition on workforce planning, capability, onboarding, attraction, development, and retention • Design and implement talent management, learning, and development programs • Assess and enhance learning and development tools and source solutions for gaps • Oversee talent-related education and training for management and HR • Use SABA/Galaxy (performance management tool) data for succession planning, talent pools, talent reviews, and performance management • Cascade SABA/Galaxy information and promotions • Facilitate, integrate, and coordinate talent management initiatives, including project planning, resourcing, timing, and communications • Participate in annual business and budget review; complete and monitor departmental budget • Develop, maintain, and improve Talent Management and Recruitment policies and procedures • Manage one content creator/trainer and influence other HR professionals for talent alignment • Adhere to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business Conduct and Values and Principles • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in human resources, organizational leadership, business management or a combination of education and work experience • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in HR and managing HR team • Proven familiarity with performance management tools and relevant software • Knowledge of labor regulations/legislations • Good knowledge of problem-solving quality tools • Proven/demonstrated analytical and strong communication skills • Located within the Eastern Time Zone (desired) • Ability to travel out of state and overnight (~20% annually) • Ability to travel to the Toledo area to partner with key stakeholders and team • Masters and HR Certifications desired but not required
