📋 Description

• Build and manage pipelines of high-quality Product Manager talent through creative sourcing, networking, and market mapping • Track and analyze funnel metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement • Advise product recruiters and hiring managers on hiring strategy, talent market, and candidate experience • Partner with Product leaders and recruiters to drive top-of-funnel strategies for specialized and niche Product searches • Collaborate with EPD recruiters and recruiting operations to drive consistency, share insights, and refine recruiting playbooks • Provide data-driven insights to support smarter hiring decisions and scale Plaid’s Product organization

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably in-house • Creative sourcing experience across multiple platforms and channels • Proven success partnering with senior Product Management or Engineering leaders on niche and challenging searches • Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with multiple parallel searches • Data-driven and process-oriented mindset; able to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements • Candidate-first philosophy balancing speed, quality, and experience • Fluency in Product Management disciplines such as consumer, platform, growth, infrastructure, or API products is nice to have • Experience with longer-term networking strategies, including hosting events, dinners, and conference strategies, is nice to have
