📋 Description

• Perform accessibility testing of web applications, websites, PDFs, Word documents, forms, and other digital content • Develop and execute accessibility test cases and test plans • Identify, document, and track accessibility defects, mapping issues to accessibility standards and guidelines • Conduct manual accessibility testing using screen readers and accessibility evaluation tools • Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to provide remediation guidance and accessibility best practices • Produce accessibility assessment reports and testing summaries • Support accessibility compliance efforts throughout the software development lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software testing experience with significant accessibility testing expertise • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA standards • Experience testing document accessibility and compliance with EN 301 549 requirements • Hands-on experience with NVDA • Hands-on experience with WAVE • Hands-on experience with Axe DevTools • Hands-on experience with WCAG Colour Contrast Checkers • Hands-on experience with Color Blindness Emulators • Experience performing keyboard, screen reader, colour contrast, form, navigation, and document accessibility testing • Strong defect reporting, analytical, and communication skills • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
