📋 Description

• Operationalize the delivery function across the program • Translate delivery understanding into status reporting, RAID management, dependency tracking, and planning cadences • Work closely with the IP&D Lead and Release PMs to surface risks and maintain program health visibility • Ensure planning reflects current delivery realities • Lead a small team of analysts focused on day-to-day delivery functions • Support replanning for active releases when scope, timeline, or resourcing changes • Lead initial planning for new releases and baseline them before execution • Establish and operationalize status reporting, RAID, dependency tracking, and ADO tooling • Produce accurate weekly reporting packs for leadership • Own risk, issue, assumption, and decision registers • Anticipate and resolve dependencies and constraints across releases • Oversee ADO environment setup and configuration • Set quality expectations and engage Release PMs and workstream leads as a delivery partner • Design and stand up processes and systems in an early-stage program environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering or managing delivery on a complex, multi-workstream program, with accountability for outcomes • Hands-on release or workstream planning from initiation, including baselining scope, sequencing activities, and setting up delivery structure • Active RAID management, including driving owners, escalating appropriately, and resolving issues • Strong working knowledge of ADO at a configuration level • Dependency management across concurrent releases • Experience leading a small team and developing junior analysts or coordinators • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI or equivalent • Actively uses or is developing fluency with AI-assisted tools • Reliability security clearance
