• getting a customer live is just the beginning; adopt, embed, and expand the Pluralsight Platform inside their organization • build and scale the team, systems, and playbooks for new customers to become power users • end-to-end delivery model including milestone tracking and seamless handoff to Customer Success • define, document, and continuously improve implementation and adoption standards tailored to customers • identify where technology or process redesign can improve efficiency • recruit, develop, and retain Implementation & Adoption professionals • senior point of contact for complex onboarding and adoption engagements • co-design adoption strategies and handoff experiences with Customer Success • evaluate and build new implementation and adoption offerings
• 10+ years in SaaS implementation, professional services, or customer onboarding/adoption • 6+ years leading people • proven track record scaling implementation and adoption teams in a high-growth SaaS environment • fluency in integrations like SSO, SCIM, LMS, API, and analytics • track record of cross-functional influence with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leadership • experience building and/or managing billable professional services offerings • background in workforce development, L&D strategy, or technology skills enablement (bonus)
